I’m a Female Empowerment Coach from Liverpool, UK who is passionate about helping women be independent, be the best version of themselves and to live the life they want to live right now. All women should learn How To Be Successfully Single because I hate to see women in pain, go through break ups or wonder when it’s going to be their time to be happy, when are they going to meet their Mr Right. I’ve been there so I know how it feels.
But then I started to put all of my energy into being better and doing better and into loving myself first. I’ve always been independent in the sense that I’ve always had big dreams and career goals but I still felt like something was missing. Then I discovered coaching and it changed my life. I started studying it so I was coaching myself through a lot of pain I had let build up – I thought I’d always been independent because I’d never let any man pay for anything I wanted and I’d always had my own career – but then I realised I was waiting around for someone to come into my life and make me happy. I achieved every goal I wanted to achieve, I had a great job, an amazing supportive family, going on holidays with my friends and I had my dream car – why wasn’t I happy? I would drive my car on the sunniest days with my music on (one of my favourite things to do) and I would think to myself “I can’t wait till I’m happy to enjoy this more”. Looking back I wish I could shake myself and say “wake up and enjoy the moment”. I didn’t love myself and that was the problem.
For as long as I could remember I wanted to do something to help people so I started my career in law. I enjoyed it, it was interesting but I remember thinking there’s got to be more than this. I would watch Oprah and be so inspired – how did she find these amazing people who were changing people’s lives in amazing ways, people like Marianne Williamson, Brene Brown and Gary Zukav. I’d finish watching them then google for ‘Inspiring People’ or ‘Self Development Questions’ then be disappointed with the results. I was so hungry for more but I just didn’t know where to find the right materials. Then I watched the Oprah Prime show with Tony Robbins and I was obsessed with him – how can someone be that good with people and know exactly what they need to hear to trigger that change. I’d heard of life coaching before and my cousin once said to me if I didn’t want to be a solicitor so bad I should be a life coach but I thought you would have to study for years for it, I didn’t quite get what it was and I was so tunnel visioned on my legal career. Then as soon as I finished watching that Oprah show with Tony Robbins I googled life coaching and the first thing that popped up was ‘FREE TWO DAY LIFE COACHING COURSE’ it was free so I signed up. I had nothing to lose. I went to the course and I loved it. I come home feeling so inspired and something had changed in me, I knew that this is what I should be doing.
Then different materials and other coaches who I could learn from just kept appearing in front of me. It was like it was meant to be. I started to realise that coaching was something you either had or you didn’t have – yes there were certain techniques and skills that you could learn but it’s all about how you can help people realise their own potential and make the changes they want to make. Now I can always find that place of inspiration and creativity I was looking for and I want to help others do the same.
I was always interested in business and focused a lot of my law modules in university on business and commercial law so I thought I wanted to be a business coach so I started off in business coaching. But I knew I wanted to help people on a deeper level. I was seeing someone at the time I started to think about this and as it started to come to an end I realised I had the tools to help women through break ups, through pain and to be happy being single. I had everything a woman needs to Be Successfully Single. Being successfully single isn’t about not wanting a relationship or hating on met, it’s about loving yourself first, being independent, building confidence and knowing that the right man will come into your life when you’re ready.
So through my business coaching and through my own experience I’ve created a How To Be Successfully Single course to help women who are in similar situations than I was. So if you’re wondering when it’s going to be your turn to be happy or when you’re going to meet your Mr Right then I’ve got the tools to help you.
